Instructions for Reloading Cards

  • Please choose the reloadable card type that you are wishing to fund from the options listed above (All-Purpose, Student, or Travel).
  • Click on the 'Login to your reloadable card account' button
  • Login to your account using your user name and password
  • Once you are logged in, look at 'Account Activities' on the right-hand side of the screen
  • Select the dropdown and choose 'Load money to Card'
  • Click 'Go'
  • You will be prompted to key in the requested load amount, as well as, the card you are using as your funding source
  • Once you have submitted this information, click 'Continue'
  • You will be prompted to confirm the load amount, funding source and address
  • Membership with Community First is required to purchase a Reloadable Card
