Online Banking Login Updates

At Community First, we understand that the security of your personal account information is important. Our goal is to protect the confidentiality of your account and personal data. For added security reasons, you will soon be prompted to update your online banking user ID if you are currently using your account number to log in to your account. Your user ID must be updated by May 1st, 2017. You will not be able to log in with your account number after this date. 

  • If you are currently using your account number to log in to your account, you will soon be prompted with this message to change your user ID.
  • Your new user ID must be between 6 and 40 characters in length and may be made up of both letters and numbers.
  • You will only be allowed to skip this step once before you are required to change your user ID.

It's important to note that if you primarily use mobile banking, you still must log in to online banking to update your user ID. If you are currently using fingerprint authentication to log in, you will need to set this up again after updating your user ID.   • To go ahead and update your consumer user ID, log in to your account and go to Account Services to select "User Profile"
  • Then select "Create or Change User ID"
  • Update your unique user ID.

  • For Business Members, click on "Options" and then "User Profile" to update your business user ID.
