Whether it's through Online and Mobile Banking, via our Free Online Payment Tool, over the phone, or in a branch, we've got you covered. See below for our different payment options and choose the one that's best for you.

Online Banking (or Mobile Banking, available via our mobile app) is your best bet. It's easy to make internal transfers from one account to another. Be sure to log in and enjoy the convenience of Online and Mobile Banking.

We've recently updated our free online payment tool to make paying your loan quick and easy. With this option, you don't have to log into Online Banking. Simply register today and set up AutoPay!

Which payments can I make through Online & Mobile Banking?
You can make almost any transaction via Online and Mobile Banking. Pay your mortgage, auto loan, credit card, personal loan, and even make business transactions. Enjoy features like direct transfers to your loan, Bill Pay, and make mobile deposits. While you're there, enroll in account alerts, fraud text alerts, eStatements, and enjoy our Personal Financial Management Tool.
Which payments can I make through the Free Online Payment Tool?
At this time, the Free Online Payment Tool can be used to make payments toward auto loans, personal loans, personal lines of credit, debt consolidation loans, and recreational loans.
Which payments can I make over the phone?
If paying from your Community First account, our Member Experience Center representatives can help you make payments for almost any account. However, if paying from an account at another financial institution, we can only accept payments toward auto loans, personal loans, personal lines of credit, debt consolidation loans, and recreational loans over the phone.
Can I mail my payment?
Although we recommend online payments, we understand that some people prefer to mail in their payments. If you do, please include your payment coupon, if possible. With or without your payment coupon, please ensure that you write your account number and loan ID in the memo field of your check and send your payment to the correct address, which is: P.O. Box 43010 Jacksonville, FL 32203-3010. As a friendly reminder, please do not send cash to us via mail.
